Power Only AI Dispatch Features
Instant Load Scoring
Net RPM in seconds. Power only cycles are short — the dispatcher who responds first gets the load.
Backhaul Auto-Match
On drop confirmation, the system immediately surfaces power only return loads from the destination.
Lane Agreement Tracking
Contract terms, minimum volumes, rate expiration, and performance data tracked per agreement.
Broker Risk Panel
Large shipper and third-party broker payment behavior tracked. Risk score before commitment.
EIR Document Tracking
Equipment interchange receipt logged per hook. Trailer condition documented before you're responsible.
Invoice on Drop
Invoice generated and ready to send at the moment of drop confirmation. Same-day cash cycle.
The Power Only Advantage
No trailer, no freight liability, no loading wait. Power only operations achieve higher driver utilization because drop-and-hook eliminates the 2–4 hours of dock time per load that live load/unload carriers absorb. More moves per week on the same driver HOS budget.
The risk is the return trip. After dropping a trailer at a distribution center in an unfamiliar market, empty repositioning miles are the margin killer. DispatchOS AI surfaces backhaul loads automatically at the drop point — before the driver disconnects — so the next move is already lined up.
Does AI dispatch work for power only lane agreements with large shippers?
Yes. Lane agreements are tracked separately from spot market loads. The system tracks rate terms, volume commitments, and expiration dates — and flags when a lane agreement is approaching renewal so you can negotiate from a position of performance data rather than urgency.
How does it handle EIR (equipment interchange receipt) documentation?
At hook, the EIR is logged as a required document. Status advancement from "available" to "in transit" is gated until the EIR is on file. At drop, drop confirmation is the trigger for invoice generation. The system tracks both documents without manual reminders.
Can I use it for both spot market and dedicated lane power only?
Yes. The system handles both simultaneously. Spot loads go through the standard load board scoring flow. Dedicated lane loads are managed against the lane agreement terms. The two pipelines don't interfere.
