How does client data isolation work?

Each carrier client is a separate account within DispatchOS AI. A dispatcher managing Client A and Client B sees each client's loads, documents, and broker history separately. Client A's broker blacklist doesn't affect Client B's available brokers. The team shares broker risk intelligence, but load records and business data are fully isolated per client.

Can I set different rate floor structures per carrier client?

Yes. Each carrier client has their own cost profile — fuel rate, driver pay structure, equipment type, overhead. The AI calculates the rate floor from that client's actual numbers, not a shared average. A client with higher fuel costs gets a higher floor; one with lower driver pay gets a different margin calculation.
