These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DispatchOS AI's freight dispatch software and website (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is provided for use by trucking carriers, owner-operators, and freight dispatch companies for freight dispatch management purposes. You may not:
When you connect load board integrations (DAT, Truckstop, or others), you are responsible for ensuring your use of those integrations complies with the load board's terms of service. DispatchOS AI accesses load board data only through authorized API connections under your authenticated account. We do not access load boards through scraping or unauthorized means.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate load scores, broker risk assessments, rate recommendations, and dispatch suggestions. These outputs are analytical tools to inform your decisions — not binding commitments, legal opinions, financial advice, or guarantees of accuracy. You remain responsible for all dispatch decisions, negotiations, and load bookings. The Service does not automatically commit to freight transactions on your behalf.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Beta access may be provided at no charge at our discretion; we may transition beta participants to paid plans with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of your load data, cost profile, and broker history. We use your data only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your individual operational data to brokers, shippers, or third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that broker risk scores, rate data, or AI recommendations will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DispatchOS AI's total liability for any claims arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost freight revenue or dispatch commissions.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
